Core De Force

At Summit 2016, Beachbody announced quite a few new programs that would be launching later this year. The one I was most excited about was Core De Force, a new MMA inspired program created by Beachbody Super Trainers Joel Freeman & Jericho McMatthews. You may recognize them from Les Mills.

I fell in love with Jericho when I tried out her Half & Half Harder workout on Beachbody On Demand (BOD). Maybe it’s because she is a fellow ‘ginger’ that I immediately took to her, but she is awesome – a positive, encouraging, and . Half and Half is  the ultimate in endurance and flexibility: 20 minutes of high intensity cardiovascular training followed by 20 minutes of flow style yoga, to create stability, strength, and elasticity.  Joel has two exclusive workouts via Beachbody On Demand as well. They are 8×8 and Grab Bag: Power.

Core De Force launches in less than ONE week. I am giddy with excitement. This prcdf-tt-60dayogram is your 30-day countdown to a knockout body. It’s the ultimate mixed martial arts-inspired workout that will knock out the belly fat, help slash inches off your waist, and carve total-body definition—no equipment required. I mean just check out these results from the CDF test group.

CORE DE FORCE isn’t your run-of-the-mill Kickboxing workout. Each move, whether it’s a jab, a kick, or an uppercut, works your core from every angle. Joel and Jericho call this 360-Degree Core Training—and it’s more effective than traditional abdominal training to help you tighten up your entire midsection and carve a more defined waist.

CORE DE FORCE is packed with the best of MMA-inspired training. In 3-minute “rounds” you’ll get Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai knee-elbow combinations, bodyweight training, and cardio spikes—all designed to help you lose the belly and shred bocdf-tt-30daydy fat. Just hit it hard for 3 minutes at a time and before you know it, you’ll be done!

I was able to do the Core De Force sneak peek which was available exclusively to BOD members. The particular workout was MMA Speed. There were six 3-minute rounds, all which has a conditioning ‘spike’ which ramps up your heart rate. It is easy to follow along and there is a modification for every round. I was a sweaty mess at the end of both workouts, which is how I know I worked hard.

This program launches October 31st for anyone purchasing a challenge pack, which includes everything you need for the first 30-days. Everyone else can order this program on November 1st! I would love to have you join me in my exclusive test group beginning November 14th.

10/24/16 – Sneak Peek #2
Still a tough workout, but since I remembered most of the moves I was able to push myself a little more than the first time.
